Can You Quickly Become Clairvoyant?
In French, a clairvoyant is simply someone with good vision and clairvoyance simply means clear vision. This literal translation of the French word isn?t particularly helpful for our purposes here, since the word has taken on a different meaning in English.
The definition of the term clairvoyant has been further complicated over the years because it has been used over the years to refer to many different things. The term gradually emerged when referring to a person that displays a range of paranormal or psychic abilities. The one definition that is all-encompassing describes a clairvoyant as an individual that possesses the ability to know things about a person, location, object or event without using any of the five senses. Clairvoyance is the use of a form of extra-sensory perception or ESP.
Clairvoyance normally involves a clairvoyant individual knowing about something that is taking place at that time or in a far away location out of the range of any physical sense. There have been plenty of cases documented about a clairvoyant having knowledge of something that occurred in the future or in the past. Many people consider clairvoyance to be a form of precognition or prophecy.
The means by which a clairvoyant learns this information varies, but as a general rule can be broken down into one of six forms or types. It is clairvoyance that is most associated with this first type or form, the remote viewing phenomenon. The clairvoyant, in remote viewing, sees an object, location, event or person hidden from them. Sometimes this is in the form of visual hallucination, other times the clairvoyant viewing something using their minds eye.
Clairaudience refers to the clairvoyant receiving knowledge in the form of sound. They will hear sounds and voices which only they (and only they) can hear.
Thirdly, this type of clairvoyance is clairsentience. In this form the individual gains information through feeling and touch. Some clairvoyants may need to actually touch an object that is not present. In other cases a feeling or vibration maybe felt by a clairvoyant from a remote distance from a person, location or event.
A fourth type is clairalience. In this form an individual gets the knowledge of places and events through their sense of smell. An example, they smell flowers and grass of a meadow in the spring, scent of blood or gun powder and no one around them can detect these smells and there is no apparent source to account for these smells.
The next type of clairvoyance is clairgustance. With this type of clairvoyance, a person that has an empty mouth is able to distinctly taste different flavors even though there is no evident source. They may also be able to accurately describe the taste different things from a distance.
Claircognizance has no analogue among the physical senses. It is the phenomena of a clairvoyant ‘just knowing’ something with no sensory explanation. It?s difficult to explain in any more detail than this.
There are many documented occurrences of clairvoyant people throughout history for various cultures from across the world. Clairvoyance has also been incorporated into various religions across the globe.
Clairvoyance, in Buddhism for instances, is considered to permit humans capable to achieve advanced levels of meditation. However, in this case, the clairvoyant feels the vibrations of others.
There are many skeptics who scoff at the possibility of clairvoyance, just as there are with other psychic abilities. It?s a natural inclination ? it is difficult to believe in something without concrete, objective proof. However, it should be noted that only a few centuries ago you would have seen the same kind of skepticism about magnetism!
Many, of course, are skeptical of clairvoyance, but it is a part of human nature to deny something?s existence because they have no understanding of it. Not long ago, in our earlier history there were skeptical scientist who had even denied the existence of electricity and magnetism.
Whatever the skeptics have said, no one has disproved clairvoyance exists. And the evidence is increasing that genuine clairvoyants exists worldwide. Generally parapsychologists and scientists along with the general public are being more open-minded on the subject and accept the existence of clairvoyance and that?s it?s real.
In spite of the fact that we do not really understand how clairvoyance works, is no reason to dispute its existence. It has been suggested that, in the distant past, all humans were clairvoyant. But the ability has been lost. It is though that the ability is still there, and is dormant, but can be natured and developed by anyone who wants to develop these powers.
